Ahmad Syazni Bin Sazali was born in 1992, is Managing Director of Karya Idaman Resources. He is responsible for the overall working of the Company and is instrumental in making strategic decisions for the Company.
He has over 11 years of experience in the construction and property development industries.
He graduated with a Diploma in Building and Bachelor of Science (Hons) Construction Management both are from Universiti Teknologi Mara. After several years in business since 2016, he graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Universiti Malaysia Terengganu in 2023.

Nor Nadia binti Normazahan
Nor Nadia Binti Normahazan was born in 1992, is also a Managing Director of Karya Idaman Resources.
She is a spouse to Ahmad Syazni Bin Sazali. She is an accountant by qualification. She assisted in managing the company financial.
She has over one decade of experience in an accounting. She holds Diploma in Accounting Information System, Bachelor of Accountancy and Master of Accountancy. She finished all her studied in 2018 from Universiti Teknologi Mara.
